This gorgeous plant blooms like a small lily but it’s actually in the Iris family.
In mid-summer, dainty 1″ orange flowers top robust iris foliage.
The plant spreads slowly, but will reseed readily. Deadhead if you don’t want volunteers. If you do, collect the seeds to grow more and give them to your friends.
Tolerates drought and bad soil.
